If you don't wish to have different text displayed, simply put the glossary term in quotes. ======== Glossary ======== .. glossary:: :sorted: NWM New Working Methods ETSI's collaborative editing platform for specifications and standards Variant A proposal to change a document. A Variant is an exact copy of the individual document, with changes edited in. Variants are indivdually approved and then merged into a document in order to create a new version of the document. In the 3GPP specification editing workflow, a Change Request is a variant. Workspace The screen you see after initial login, where all your active documents are visible. Add/create documents in your workspace before making contributions to them or providing comments. You can also view the current status of a document Discussion Thread A comment on selected text in a document, together with any replies to the comment. Comments are made to selected text. One or more replies can be made to each comment. See the section on :ref:`in-document discussion threads <07-discussions:In-Document Discussion Threads>` for more information. Feedback Form A form inserted in the body of a document to allow users to post feedback, opinions, comments. Feedback is provided on behalf of an organisation, not a person. Feedback can be provided at any time, without proposing a change to a document (creating a variant). More than one feedback form can be inserted in a document and each can be closed to new comments, or left open.
